A chemical peel is a cosmetic skin treatment that uses a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove the outer layers of dead or damaged skin. This process encourages new, smoother, and more evenly toned skin to grow in its place.
How It Works
These light and medium-depth medical-grade peels contain certain acids that help improve texture and tone of your skin. This treatment is customized based on your skin type and concerns! We recommend a series of 3 peels about a month apart for correction, or a session 3-4 times per year for preventative anti-aging.
What to Expect

• Do not go to a tanning salon or endure prolonged and unprotected sun exposure for at least 3 weeks before or after this treatment.
• Discontinue use of Vitamin A and all other active skincare products for 5 days before and after your treatment.
• Ensure you are well nourished and hydrated in the days leading up to and for your appointment. Healthy skin responds best to this treatment and will yield more favorable results!

• Please come makeup-free if possible! If not, we will ask you to remove your makeup upon arrival.
• Let us choose which peel is best based on your skin type, concerns and goals.
• We will apply the peel in the office with minimal to no discomfort.
• You’ll wash the peel off a few hours, revealing brighter and tighter skin in 5-7 days! -
• Be sure to follow the at-home skincare regimen as directed by your provider to ensure best results! Please do not return to your regular regimen until 5-7 days after the procedure.
• Refrain from exercise or excessive heat exposure for a few days after your treatment.
• Avoid direct sun exposure and excessive heat for at least 7 days (this prevents hyperpigmentation).
• Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30.
